Autoefficacia nelle life skills, career adaptability e competenze scolastiche : uno studio esplorativo

Esplorare l'autoefficacia nelle life skills, la career adaptability e le competenze scolastiche non cognitive che aiutano gli studenti a compiere scelte responsabili per il loro futuro ha rappresentato l'obiettivo del presente studio. Campione: 6.250 studenti e studentesse frequentanti le Scuole Secondarie di II grado della Sicilia orientale. Strumenti: il Career Adaptability Inventory, la Scala di Autoefficacia percepita nelle Life Skills, la High School Competencies Scale. Risultati: ad un elevato senso di autoefficacia nelle life skills corrisponde una maggiore abilità di anticipare i cambiamenti ed immaginare il proprio futuro in contesti in continuo cambiamento, anche alla luce delle competenze scolastiche intese non cognitive che predicono il successo e supportano la crescita psicologica, l'integrità e il benessere. Exploring self-efficacy in life skills, career adaptability, and high school skills that help students make responsible choices for their future was the main purpose of this study. Sample: 6.250 students attending Secondary Schools in Eastern Sicily. Measures: the Career Adaptability Inventory, the Perceived Self-efficacy Scale in Life Skills, the High School Competencies Scale. Results: high sense of self-efficacy in life skills corresponds to a greater ability to anticipate changes and imagine the future in changing contexts, also in the light of non-cognitive school skills that predict success and support psychological growth, integrity, and well-being.
