Digital Rights Management (DRM)
Adobe® Reader is required for the consultation of pdf files. Adobe® AEM Forms Rights Management technology protects documents, whether these are available for temporary consultation only or for download, by applying the authorisations that have been established by publishers.
To open documents protected by DRM, the user is asked to enter their credentials (username and password) corresponding to their account on www.torrossa.com.
Digital Rights
Individual publishers may impose usage limits for documents hosted on the Torrossa platform. These may include:
- download options;
- the number of times the file may be printed;
- copy/paste options.
The usage permissions for electronic resource available for purchase may be found beside the price information for the single document.
Partners
The Casalini Libri Digital Division collaborates with Banca Sella for all fiscal transactions. Purchases may be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), PayPal, bank transfer (limited to Banca Sella account holders) and UP Mobile. We guarantee secure treatment of all data provided.
Cancellations and refunds
For individual orders made through the Torrossa Digital Bookstore and purchases of content for personal use, we accept cancellations and emit refunds only under the following conditions:
- duplication of the purchase transaction, resulting in the customer being charged twice for the same order
- a defective purchased file, if we are unable to locate and provide a working replacement copy
In no other circumstances do we accept cancellations or requests for refund.
Any request to cancel an order must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Use of digital copies
Digital copies purchased on www.torrossa.com are intended for personal use only. Any unauthorised sharing, reproduction or use by third parties is strictly prohibited.
